To manage and implement physical security framework of guards across the premises of the Bank.

  • Implement physical security policies and procedures
  • Ensure adequate supervision of Physical Security Guards.
  • Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe, and secure environment.
  • Understand and brief guards on property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).
  • Maintain reporting of undesirable persons on property premises.
  • Protect the privacy and security of guests and Bank staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of security materials and information.
  • Protect Bank equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the issuance of all badges.
  • Check and verify a working alarm system across all facilities.
  • Conduct regular fire drill exercise at head offices and coordinate the same for branches.
  • Understand and manage physical security systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Security Alarm System, Fire Alarm System, etc.
  • Conduct regular visits to all NBO premises including Head Office buildings, branches and offsite ATMs
  • Coordinate with external security agencies including ROP and SSS.
  • Coordinate physical security awareness and training programs
  • Maintains key information reports on access

​Diploma / Certificate in Commerce or Banking or higher

​Minimum of 3-4 years physical security environment preferably banking. Experience in physical security and the management security guards across multiple sites is essential.
