To identify, plan, design, develop and conduct quality Banking Training Programs in line with the Bank's training calendar to ensure fulfilment of identified learning and development needs resulting in closure of identifies competency gaps.

  • Manage Competency Framework and conduct L&D needs assessment based on competency gap analysis.
  • Design and develop quality self-contained training material in with the training calendar (including PowerPoint presentations, Exercises, Case Studies, Tests/Quizzes etc.) as per the as per the instructional design theory with due consideration to the learning styles of the participants
  • Effective delivery of Banking Training programs as per the identified training needs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness based on Kirkpatrick Model
  • Manage portfolio of assigned training programs (in-house and external) from end-to-end in close liaison with the L&D Support Section
  • Prepare, manage and implement the training calendar and training budget
  • Implement and manage training delivery through e-Learning and other learning delivery channels
  • Process improvement in respective domain and Academy-wide; updated and improved training material, innovative ways of learning delivery and support, Policy & Procedure update etc.

​A first degree in Banking / Finance / Management. A Master's is strongly preferred.

​At least 10 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a Banking environment with a key instructional and curriculum creation role.
